If you really want to learn about installing Automatic Sprinkler Systems, then this is the class for you. You will take a blue print drawing, tap into a live sprinkler system, fabricate and build the system and then tear it down. This course requires physical work. You will work hard, you will be exhausted and you will learn the mechanics of installing sprinkler systems in a very intensive 3 day course. This course is limited to 10 students. Questions? OUTLINE
- Day 1 - Classroom Work: Sprinkler basics, NFPA 13, blue print reading and lift training, review of proper use of tools, materials, pipe joining techniques and project specific blue print, begin fabrication
- Days 2 & 3 - Make connection to a live sprinkler system, fabricate, install and perform hydrostatic test on project system
